Returns

 

If, for any reason, you wish to return your goods to us, you have up to 15 days after purchase to do so.

Once we have received them back, if all is present and correct, we will issue a full refund by crediting the original payment method. Please enclose details of your order, or name and address so we can trace the original order. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items will be refunded at the sale purchase price, as detailed in the original order.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at welcome@1929agency.com and send your item to 42 Elder Court, Mead Lane SG13 7GD.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
