WHERE ARE THE COCKTAILS MADE?

Using the facilities at The London Kitchen, Hertfordshire, all products will be made and created by a team that have undergone a full training on how to operate in a safe and hygienic setting, following the guidelines given by the UK government.

HOW WILL IT BE PACKAGED?

Each cocktail will arrive as a double serve, in a reusable pouch or glass bottle. The bottles/ pouches can be returned to your local DoorTender or contact us at welcome@1929agency.com.  1929 Agency team will arrange for these to be collected and then recycled.

WHO WILL DELIVER IT?

Local deliveries will be made by our DoorTenders, on bikes, rollerblades who will be supplied with all equipment required to operate in a safe and hygienic manner, in accordance with the government’s operational guidelines. National deliveries will be made by our delivery partner FEDEX.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

National Deliveries will be delivered the next working day, so long as your order was made with us before 12pm Monday to Friday. 

CAN I DO CONTACT FREE DELIVERY?

Items will be left on your doorstep and the team will be keeping a distance of 2 metres from members of the public.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northen Ireland.

CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?

Yes of course. Be sure to add your gift note when you reach the Basket. We’ll print this out and add it to your order.

WHAT'S  A DOORTENDER?

Our local deliveries are made by DoorTenders, out of work Bar Tenders who have lost their jobs or been put on furlough due to Covid-19.

SHOULD I ADD A GARNISH TO MY DRINK?

It’s not a necessity but if you’d like to add a little something extra then head over to the product page for your cocktails recommended garnish.

HOW DO I SERVE IT?

All of our cocktails are delivered ready to drink. Follow the serving instructions on the back of each cocktail for how to serve your cocktail. If you want to save your cocktail for later then simply store in the fridge. Pop in the freezer for 15 minutes before you’re ready to enjoy.

HOW LONG DO THE COCKTAILS LAST?

All of our cocktails need to be kept refrigerated and have a use by date of around 1 month, cocktail dependent. Or, you can keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
